Queens of the Stone Age is a nice band. They do experimental rock and their sound is comparable to Audioslave, the latter also does experimental rock. I first heard Queens of the Stone Age’ sound through playing Guitar Hero, specifically “No One Knows”. In fact, that’s the only song I know from them, and the only reason why I downloaded this album. I’m currently listening to it. I hope you enjoy QOTSA’s 2002 release “Songs for the Deaf”.

Finally! The girls are back in South Korea to dominate the charts again. And with this, their new EP titled Hoot, I’m sure fangirls and fanboys will be excited again. Released just 22 days after my birthday, they are also currently number 1 in the J-Pop market with their recent J-Pop single -slash- remake of Gee! I’m looking forward to their comeback stages for Music Bank this friday on KBS2, Inkigayo on SBS and Music Core on MBC. Anyway, I’m giving the links to you now, just click every song above or download the full album below, through MediaFire. Remember to buy the album once you’re able to. SNSD Fighting! Remember to leave a comment ^^

EDIT: If you want to listen to the title song Hoot, don’t bother and check the video below. I made it just now (101028) with PS3 game Bayonetta clips and using the new Windows Live Movie Maker 2011:

or watch it directly in YouTube.

My Rating: 9.5/10 – Very good new comeback from the girls.

R.I.P.: Jenpoo – 2009-2010

Last night, I was able to illegally download all of my favorite K-Pop songs through this downloading site named, Jenpoo.com. It wasn’t the first time I’ve been there. It was a great site and I would really recommend it to you, coz’ there, you will be able to browse all your favorite K-Pop artists and download each of their EPs and LPs. All are organized, except today, just right now, I tried to go there but all I’ve seen in my new-ly updated Mozilla Firefox (3.6.9) with Dante’s Inferno – Limbo persona, is this:

Jenpoo.com is… DEAD

I have the feeling, even in the past, that this site will shut down in the near future. Illegal downloading is still illegal. Authorities still do their things, however, they’re still slow. Let us not include what Sony did to those black hat hackers who hacked the PS3 and released this so-called USB modchip. They did an awesome job. With just a quick firmware update to 3.42, the jailbreak have gone to hell, and I hope it will never ever go back to us.

Rest in Peace Jenpoo. I know you guys who are working on that site will be back with a new name, new layout and better environment. I’m sure I will be able to find the links myself, with just the help of my favorite Google search ^^

Single Name: Chocolate Love
Release Date: 08.10.2009
Release Type: Digital Single

Track Information :

01. Chocolate Love (Retro Pop ver.)

My Comment: Okay now, here’s another single by our favorite girls. They’re doing some good collaborations with their juniors from f(x) these days. This single is for the New Chocolate phone by CYON/LG. I’m wanting to buy one. I wonder if my mom will let me, and i’m still thinking of the New Chocolate, or PSP GO, or Viliv S5, or the Until-Now-I-Haven’t-Have-A-PS3 with GH bundle. Anyway, here’s the single…

My first K-Pop CD

It’s true… I now have my copy of Girls’ Generation’s Genie, and it is definitely my very first K-Pop CD. For the price of P350.00, you get the CD, plus a mini poster. Thanks to Universal Records and GGPH. I’m also wanting to buy SHINee’s Romeo, but I told myself, “Maybe Next Time”. I thought I won’t be able to grab a copy, since everyone is so busy and it’s a hustle to go out outside (because of the super typhoon, ondoy). October 2, 2009, I told ate jho, if we can both go to Gateway, just to buy 2 copies. That’s it, with some little obstacle on the way, finally I did it!!!

Girls’ Generation is Back!!!

They’re back again this 2009 for the second time, and still holding the name G or GE, coz’ they’re back with GENIE (applause everyone). I heard it from miica, so nice of her (I brought my pc to my repair shop, the mobo failed. I did a hiatus for 3 weeks)

OK, I guess this new album will show how the girls changed from cute ones to mature ones. So please standby.

They will be back with  the mp3 realease of Tell Me Your Wish (Genie) on 22, and 25 is the release date of the mini album. Can you wait? coz’ I can’t!
